It is easier to make a commitment than to keep a commitment.

People make commitments every day. Sometimes it’s simply to meet for lunch. Or it may be a marital vow. Regardless, it is more difficult to keep commitments than making them.

This Sunday, September 13, I will continue a sermon series called COMMITMENT from Luke 8.  This week I will share the message: “Commitment to Follow.” We get a glimpse of one day in the life of a follower of Jesus in .Luke 8:22-39.

In one day Jesus takes HIs followers through a storm on the Sea of Galilee and into the life of a demon-possessed maniac. We discover that 

I hope you will join me as we are challenged to make a commitment to continue to follow in spite of adverse circumstances. You life journey has its perils, but following Jesus be your best option.
