In a time of fear and uncertainty, we pray that you find hope and comfort knowing that Faith Baptist Church is here to help you through this.

This update provides opportunities to worship and serve, in addition to resources that will help you and your family thrive more than just survive.

We are here for you. Don’t go through this alone. We are in this together. Please connect us if we can help.

Worship is an important part of the Christian life. However, because of recent COVIND-19 health concerns our gatherings are limited. In fact, until we are given the clearance, we have suspended all face-to-face meetings. Yet, because of technology we are still able to worship, study, pray, and meet together. Please join any of our online opportunities.

Sunday Worship. You can join our worship service on Sunday at 10:30am on Facebook Live and interact with other viewers or watch it on YouTube later in the week. We want to be an encouragement and blessing to you.

Daily Devotions. Every mid-morning Pastor Burdine shares a short devotion from the Bible on Facebook Live to keep your heart and mind in the right place. With all the fears surrounding our conversations these days, it’s important to keep your thoughts on positive thinking.

Bible Study and Prayer. Throughout the week, we provide video Bible studies through youtube and Facebook. These are taught by various wonderful ministers. In addition, we have a weekly ZOOM prayer meeting on Thursdays at 7pm. Use 392 667 5175 as the meeting ID to join.

While we should not meet in groups of 10 or more, nothing is stopping us from connecting and serving. Please call the church office if you would like to participate in any of these opportunities to connect and serve.

ZOOM Small Groups. We have identified over 15 geographical areas in Lenawee county and surrounding communities to care for one another. We can check up on each other through ZOOM video conversations every week. Please call the church office to connect with one near you.

Give. We are offering $25 local restaurant gift cards (take-out only) for any needy family and collecting other non-perishable items for our needy neighbors. If you would like to donate household goods or make contributions to provide gift cards, please call the church office.

Share the Warmth. We volunteer at our local all-night shelter. During this crisis, the shelter is open 24/7. We serve dinner and provide leadership staff once a month. It’s a great opportunity to help our homeless neighbors. Contact the church office to join us.
