Leadership

Greg has been senior pastor of Faith Baptist Church since 1994. He has been married since 1981 to Judy, a preschool teacher in Tecumseh. They have four children and ten grandchildren.  Greg’s passion is teaching the Word of God. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri and his Master’s and Doctorate degrees from Louisiana Baptist University in Shreveport, Louisiana. He has been in full-time ministry since 1982, serving churches in Iowa, Ohio, and Michigan. He likes to read, run, and play with his grandchildren.

Joy has been the office manager of Faith Baptist Church since January 2023. She leads in many of the support ministries of our church and is the friendly voice you often hear when you call. She and her husband Josh have been married since 2007.  In that time, The Lord has taken them to Chicago, IL and Giddings, TX for ministry opportunities but has brought them back home to Michigan.  Joy and Josh are involved in our music ministry. They have one son, Bowen.

Ron has been the volunteer coordinator of Faith Baptist Church since 2022. He is passionate about serving the Lord and helps recruit, train, and encourage over 100 volunteers at Faith Baptist Church. In addition, Ron teaches Sunday School, leads our AWANA ministry, and is an ordained minister. He and his wife, Patty, have a daughter, Jerica, with her husband, Jake, and two grandsons.
